School Management

Founded in 2007, Little Flower English Medium Senior Secondary School is run and managed by the CST Fathers of St. Thomas Province of the Little Flower Trust, Chelavoor under the management of the Little Flower Congregation. The society is a dedicated group of priests belonging to St. Thomas Province of Little Flower Congregation who have come together with the common goal of providing an exceptional educational experience to the students. They are responsible for making important decisions regarding the school's policies, curriculum, infrastructure, and administration. The trust members work collaboratively to ensure that the school operates efficiently and maintains high academic standards.

Under the Trust's guidance, Little Flower School aims to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. They strive to foster the holistic development of students, focusing not only on academic excellence but also on character building, values education, and the overall well-being of the students. The trust plays a pivotal role in the appointment of the school's principal or headmaster, who works closely with the trust members to implement their vision and goals. The trust may also establish committees or subgroups to oversee specific areas such as finance, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, and student support services.

By managing the school, the trust members ensure that it remains aligned with its mission and values. The society's involvement provides stability, continuity, and a long-term vision for the school's growth and improvement.
