Parental Co-Operation

  • The school expects that parents will supervise the studies of their children and will take keen interest in their day to day needs like uniform, haircut, notebooks, etc.
  • Please visit the school and meet the Principal and teachers on days set apart for parent- teacher meetings to know the progress of your wards.
  • The co-operation of parents is indispensable for better performance of their wards.
  • Exemption for pupils from attending assembly, physical training and games will only be granted on medical grounds.
  • Parents must encourage their children to take part in the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the school.
  • All efforts made by the teachers with regard to student’s training can bear fruit, only if parents co-operate. Hence they are requested to visit the school to meet the teachers on days scheduled for the purpose.
  • They can acquaint themselves with attendance, progress and conduct of their children/wards.
  • Parents are not allowed to meet teachers when they are in their classes. Parents desirous of speaking to teachers about the progress of their children may meet teachers by prior appointment and after taking permission from the Principal.
  • Entrusting a pupil to the school implies that parents agree to stand by the rules and regulations of the school and that they should see that children also abide by the school regulations.
  • Please check your child’s diary and note the home work given and see that it is done in time.
  • Daily reports about students, if any, shall be conveyed through the hand book. Parents are expected to sign these reports on the same day. If not duly signed the handbook, the ward will not be allowed to attend the class.
  • Parents shall prepare a time-table for home study with the help of the class teacher.
  • No private tuition by the teachers of the school is entertained.
  • If parents have any problems regarding their wards academics, behaviour or punishments, they are requested to bring them to the notice of the principal immediately.
  • Parents may meet the Principal for any information or for making any complaints. No complaints should be made direct to the class teacher.
  • Parents will ensure that: Fees are paid on scheduled dates. Regularly attending parents’ meeting. Children attend school in the proper uniform and with the required books. Children get enough time at home for lessons and assignments. Children fill in the fees column with the Receipt No. and date.
  • No alteration shall be made in the prescribed uniform pattern.
